What do we intend to watch this season?
This new season started on October 2025… and seems to be less slightly less “packed” with Top level shows.
We have chosen these ones to enjoy and recommend. Have a look at them!
(WARNING— List in progress: as we start to watch them, we might add or discard some of them)
Returning Shows

To Your Eternity
Fumetsu No Anata E
SEASON: 03
Recap » The story of Fushi the immortal enters the modern era.
PREMIERED ON: October 4th, 2025
SCHEDULE: Saturdays at 16:45 UTC
STUDIOS: Drive + Studio Massket
No. of EPISODES: Unknown (20?)
Based on: MANGA.
Our take after the first episodes:
We have enjoyed the previous two seasons, and the vibes and themes that connect it with Frieren are still there. Of course, after almost 40 episodes it’s impossible to be impartial as we are so fond of the old characters that want to see how they react to this modern world. The new characters introduced seem nice and intriguing too… but the overall story declined a bit after the first season (although late season 2 was quite good).

New Shows

Gnosia
SEASON: 01
Recap » The “Among Us” anime that we didn’t know we needed, is here. And we love it!
PREMIERED ON: October 4th, 2025
SCHEDULE: Saturdays at 16:45 UTC
STUDIOS: Drive + Studio Massket
No. of EPISODES: Unknown (20?)
BASED ON: Videogame/visual novel.
Our take after the first three episodes:
Though some plot holes seem obvious, but they could well be fixed by the “story loop”. SURPRISINGLY: trying to guess who the “Gnosia” is each episode is quite thrilling. Also, we always enjoy good sci-fy shows, so we’ll keep watching it and see where the writing takes us. Visually speaking: we like it a LOT too…

Dusk Beyond the End of the World
Towa no Yugure
SEASON: 01
Recap » You love a scientist girl, she loves you back and you engage for marriage… but centuries later, as you’re awake from cryogenic sleep, she’s kind of an android on a weird world —and still wants to marry you!
PREMIERED ON: September 26, 2025
SCHEDULE: Thursdays at 17:00 UTC
STUDIO: P.A.Works
No. of EPISODES: 13
Based on: (No source) ORIGINAL TV STORY.
TAGS: · sci-fy · Action · Romance · drama
Our take after the first two episodes:
Animation and visual style: check! Action scenes: check! Well designed characters: check! We like the overall atmosphere of this post-apocalyptic world, but the mix of all factors is… we don’t know, a muddy blend? Still it’s quite watchable and entertaining, but the romance and story is not entirely solid, and we are not yet sold on the excessively OP androids —and the story is getting nowhere solid by now.

Touring After the Apocalypse
Shuumatsu Touring
SEASON: 01
Recap » Two girls go adventuring after a worldwide catastrophe, and get some fun and action along the way (!)
PREMIERED ON: October 4th, 2025
SCHEDULE: Saturdays at 17:00 UTC
STUDIOS: Nexus (KADOKAWA)
No. of EPISODES: Unknown (12?)
Based on: MANGA.
TAGS: ADVENTURE · Slice of Life · sci-fy
Our take after the first two episode:
Entertaining, refreshing and with some “Yuru Camp” vibes. A bit unbelievable at times, and certainly not so realistic about a post-apocalyptic event. But, hey… we want these girls to enjoy the sights and food, don’t we? If you’re in the mood, it is quite the kind of “comfy show” that we sometimes need. (Not a bad choice for this season; there are better alternatives though).

Tatsuki Fujimoto 17-26
SEASON: 01 (movie)
Recap » A compillation of EIGHT short stories by the mangaka Tatsuki Fujimoto from age 17 to 26.
PREMIERED ON: November 8th, 2025
SCHEDULE: Coming soon (all season complete?).
STUDIOS: Various (almost each episode a different studio and director)
like » Studio Kafka + Lapin Track + 100Studio + P.A. Works
No. of EPISODES: 8
Based on: MANGA.
Our initial take before release:
Adult (+16) This release of a series of fantastic stories by the manga artist Tatsuki Fujimoto is apparently one of the —visually and storywise— most interesting proposals of this (late) fall season. We are indeed sold on watching it, as soon as it’s released.
